Employability training programme for expat women

Are you a woman with a migration background living in Estonia? Want to boost your job prospects and gain confidence in entering the Estonian job market? Join our Employability Training Programme which is designed to support and empower expat women by providing essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the Estonian job market. This free series of workshops will cover a wide range of topics, from career planning to understanding Estonian work culture.

Comprehensive training: Intensive sessions over several months
Insightful learning: Gain knowledge about the Estonian job market and how to navigate it
Skill development: Improve self-presentation, job application skills, and networking techniques
Practical tasks: Engage in individual and group activities led by career planning experts
Career advancement: Get closer to securing a job and building a successful career in Estonia

📌 Programme sessions: Currently planned for the period of August – December 2024
📌 Upcoming sessions: The list of sessions for the first half of 2025 will be available in January
📌 Locations: Tallinn and Tartu (more locations are planned for 2025)
📌 Languages: Sessions available in English and Russian
📌 Cost: Free of charge

🚀 Workshop 1: Introduction, transition to another country, self-analysis, and career planning
🚀 Workshop 2: Estonian labour market overview, setting personal goals, job-search support, and documentation
🚀 Workshop 3: Presenting yourself on the labour market, building professional networks, application process (CV, letter of motivation, job interview)
🚀 Workshop 4: Estonian work culture, expectations of employers, and planning future steps
