Anna-Lisa has been an analyst at the Institute of Baltic Studies since 2022. Before that, she worked as an analyst and seminar instructor at the Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies at the University of Tartu. Her professional focus is on analyzing European Union policies and public administration, as well as participating in projects related to impact assessment and innovation management. She also has a strong interest in education and youth-related topics. Additionally, she is passionate about co-creation models, service design, and data visualization.
Anna-Lisa earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in international relations from the Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies at the University of Tartu. During her studies, she specialized in analyzing the political culture and policymaking of the European Union. She is currently pursuing a microdegree in innovation management.
Outside of work, Anna-Lisa enjoys traveling and exploring different aspects of cinema. She also loves spending time with friends and acquiring new knowledge and skills. Whenever possible, she loves to take part in trivia quizzes, covering topics ranging from football and music to automobile models.
