Pille Tsopp-Pagan

Financial manager

Pille has been working at the Institute of Baltic Studies since 2000, initially as an accountant and later as the financial manager. She has witnessed the organization’s development and growth from the very beginning. Pille has extensive experience working with a wide range of projects, financial forecasting, and preparing analytical and consolidated financial reports across different levels of the organization. She is genuinely thrilled by Excel outputs and enjoys completing a clean annual report.

Pille is driven by a desire to make the world a better place and has learned to speak up for justice wherever she sees unfair treatment of those in weaker positions. Her main focus is on women’s rights, but she doesn’t shy away from addressing other forms of injustice either. She proudly holds the title of Southern Estonia’s longest-standing beginner windsurfer, having wrapped up her windsurfing journey seven years after first taking it up.
